Richfield, Ohio Landscape Lighting

On this project in Richfield, Ohio the home owner wanted to create even yet dramatic effects on the home, highlighting the special architectural designs. We used primarily the Hadco brand well light to uplight the surfaces of the home which highlights the deep, rich texture created by the stone facing. To help light up the area above the doorway we used the Kichler brand #15390AZT accent light. We also wanted to light up some key ornamental trees and trees on the property lines to create depth and boundaries when viewing the home. We also used the Hadco brand well light for these areas. All three fixtures use the PAR3620 watt bulbs rated at 5000 hours life.

The backyard is also a great place to install lighting. In this project we used well lights to surround the home with uplighted trees in the wooded area. We also used some directional spot lights to highlight the tops of the trees nearest the house. The walkway from the driveway to the backyard is gently lit with our Lightcraft brand Luna Path lights in the bronze powdercoat finish. These lights do a wonderful job on any walkway or path for ambiance and for functional lighting.

The photos shown here for this project were take during the "temporary stage" when all the lights are positioned but not permanently installed. This allows us to visit with the homeowner on the first night to make adjustments such as moving and re-angling the lights to ensure that the effects are perfect. Once the homeowner is fully satisfied with how the light effects look then we will return to finish the job. All the wires you see exposed will be permanently buried and no longer visible, producing a clean, professional, permanent look.
